Conformance status<\/strong><\/p><p>The website https:\/\/trcsrl.com\/ is <strong>partially conformant<\/strong> with the requirements set out in the technical standard<strong> UNI CEI EN 301 549<\/strong> and the <strong>WCAG 2.1 AA<\/strong> (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), which are recognized as reference standards for web accessibility.<br \/>This statement is based on an <strong>internal self-assessment carried out on 18 June 2025.<\/strong><br \/>No certification from third parties is currently available.<\/p><p><strong>2. Reasons for partial conformity<\/strong><\/p><p>The website was developed prior to 28 June 2025 and presents technological constraints that do not allow full compliance with certain accessibility criteria.<br \/>Identified issues include:<\/p><ul><li>navigation with assistive technologies not always clear<\/li><li>occasional insufficient color contrast<\/li><li>links and buttons with descriptions not always adequate<\/li><li>incomplete heading structure<\/li><li>images without alternative text<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. Accessibility plan<\/strong><\/p><p>TRC Srl acknowledges the importance of accessibility as a tool for inclusion and equal opportunities. Website adjustments will be carried out progressively and in proportion to available resources, with the aim of meeting the deadlines established by European legislation.<br \/>The final deadline for achieving <strong>full compliance is set for 28 June 2030<\/strong>, as provided under the EAA framework and Legislative Decree 82\/2022 for services\/products already in use prior to 28 June 2025.
